Short Introduction

BR development for Project A

Since I'm starting a second bankroll project today, I decided to start a poker blog to make it easier to keep up with my progress. And here it is. Nothing fancy, but hopefully I'll be able to share a bit more information than in those 140 character tweets.

So, who am I? Just a girl who stumbled across poker quite by chance, and who ended up loving it. I started playing a few freerolls about 2 years ago. I was researching some poker terms for my job, and figured that the best way to understand the game was by playing. Guess who got hooked.

Over the first year and a half I mostly played freerolls before deciding to try my hands at micro stakes MTTs. I did okay, learnt along the way. And so far my proudest moment was when I placed 82nd in the Big 11 on Pokerstars.

After transferring some funds to a friend, I completely lost track of my profits. I do think I was about $100 in plus, but honestly have no idea. So I decided to start a BR building project with what I had left in my account: A whooping 13 dollars and 8 cents.

I have focused on playing 2NL cash games, learning along the way. And for I while I felt like I had the hang of it. But this project (project A) has had its ups and downs, lately mostly downs. I was close to $50 for a while, but at the moment I'm down to a measly $28.03.

And today I'm excited to announce that I'm starting a second project (Project B). Which kindly has been staked by one of my Twitter followers. Here I'll start out at the 5NL tables and try to work my way up. 50% of the earnings will be kept to build my bankroll.

I am stoked, and a bit nervous. I really hope that I'll do well, and give him a nice return on income.

Along the way I'll try to update the blog with some hand history, and other poker related things.
